Order of violation

half court...A1 is intentionally fouled by B1 at the end of the game to stop the clock. Whistle blown. A1 takes offense at the harshness of the foul and throws basketball at B1 and hits him. Technical foul is issued to A1 which is his second and ejected from game.
What order is the fouls to be processed? Who shoots for A1 and where is the ball to be brought in by what team?

Foul penalties are administered in the order with which they occurred, A1's sub shoots his 2 then a shooter from B shoots his 2. Team B gets the ball at the division line for a throw-in.

High school: in order of occurrance, ball will be brought in at the division line for team B after the T shots. A1's shots will be taken by his sub.

NCAA: I think this is a POI T. I'm also not sure if the sub will shoot or if B's coach gets to pick a shooter from the remaining 4 players on the court for A prior to the sub for A1. Shoot the T shots, then line them up and shoot the shots for B1's foul.

in NCAA, this would be a "Dead Ball Contact Technical Foul"...the penaly is two FT's for the offended team and the ball administered at half-court to the offended team.

this means you shoot the intentional foul FT's first (lane cleared), shoot the technical foul FT's next (lane cleared), and administer ball at half-court to the offended team....this is essentially the same procdure as NFHS rules.

Throwing a basketball at the player is considered dead ball "contact?"

Sure - it's contact with a dead ball.

Almost correct.

For the T's, it could be multiple shooters who try the technical foul FT's.
