Intentional FT Violations

NCAA rules, but curious about other levels as well.

H leads V 68-67 with 1.1 seconds left. V2 fouls H1, 2 shots.

H1 misses the first FT.

V anticipates that H1 will try to intentionally miss the second FT and try to run the clock out, so they decide to intentionally commit lane violations over and over until H1 makes the second FT.

In the game where I saw this tried, it didn't end up working. But is this even a legal strategy? How many times can you jump into the lane before you get a delay of game warning/technical?

In soccer, we'd yellow card this strategy as "persistent infringement" and/or "unsporting behavior," but is there a similar rule in basketball?
