slow partner...

Last night I had a partner, 6'5" 350lbs. Know that I am 6'1" amd 285. I am still able to get up and down floor. I am also a football official and was timed in 4.85 40 this year, won a bet with my crew. My question is... what to do when you have a partner who can barely make it to division line. On plays, where I was L, he was on others side of court officiating from 60'. I was able to transition from L to T position before he was at endline. Several calls were missed due to his positioning. I asked him if this was where he was positioned all year and he said yes! He has called several games with division reps and is a friend of our President. What would you do?

Control what you can control! Extend your primary (when needed) for the good of the game...
