Can't say I agree with your conclusion but do applaud the fact that two younger officials actually had a PRE GAME!! It sounds like you are trying to get better and it is better to make a decision and be WRONG then not make a decision at all. That way you will know what to do RIGHT next time. So NEXT time you are in the same situation you will know to really focus on your primary!! Had you not addressed it this game the NEXT game you would still not be sure of the correct thing to do.
(Of course it is better to get it right the first time, but it doesn't always happen)
