High School Game on ESPN Tonight

What did everyone think of the situation towards the end of the game? #41 got fouled and looked like he threw the ball behind his back hard and it contacted an opposing player after the call. Then a little talking occured between #41 and an orange player. Only one technical was issued to #41. Anybody think the orange player should of had one also?

Also on the note, the technical resulted in #41's fifth foul. But he shot his free throws for the personal foul before the situation was discovered. The officials get together, say that the free throws shall be nullified and another player attempted the throws (what seemed like another player, could have been the substitute). Was this handled correctly??

I was just thing about that situation. I think it should have been a double technical because of the reaction of the player from Florida. A41 IMO act was not malicious.

The FT's situation was one of those situation I believe was too late to correct after A41 shot the merited FT's. You don't take points off the board. Notify remove and continue on with the T FT'S for the technical on A41.

I thought the player from NJ? whichever was in orange had too much jawing going on. I would have liked the Double Tech, but the officials on the court were in much better position than me.

My game was not on ESPN tonight. Fine by me.

If my game was on ESPN tonight they would've switched over to the 1982 Australian Rules Football season highlights before halftime (it was 38-11 at the half).

When is a player disqualified?

That will lead you to the answer about whether it was handled correctly.

And there's your answer. None of us really know the details; they do.
