Smile OT - A New Year's present to all of you

I think I posted this link once before, but it seems it would make a good gift for the New Year. It's Dire Straits performing "Walk Of Life" and the video shows sports bloopers and some great sports plays, in basketball, football and baseball. There's also two shots of refs and coaches yelling at each other. Enjoy and have a great New Year everybody.

Oh yeah - turn up your speakers.

Thanks For A Classic ...

Note the video clip of Mark T. DeNucci, Sr. at the 2:05 mark, the guy in the blue sweater.

The clip of the third baseman, and left fielder, colliding takes the sting away of Adrian Beltre probably not resigning with the Red Sox. He took out two left fielders this past season, Jacoby Ellsbury, and Jeremy Hermida. Both ended up on the disabled list, Ellsbury for most of the season. You gotta admire the hustle, but not the result.

And you're the person clapping at the 1:25 mark, I think.

Sorry 'bout that. Maybe you need to buy a metric conversion kit?
