No matter the sport, that rule exists for any NCHSAA game. Suspend the game for whatever reason and the crew that returns to complete the game gets a full game fee.

Well then, I gotta move to North Carolina! It may (probably is) be the same in my State. I've just never had that situation.

The longest game in MLB history took place on May 9, 1984, when the Chicago White Sox and the Milwaukee Brewers played a game that lasted 25 innings, a total time of 8 hours and 6 minutes. The Sox eventually won the game 7-6
