A "Smashing" play

Not sure how this is a story...it's not the first time nor will it be the last.

Especially not in the gym in the story.

Just goes to show you the news media really have no idea what a print-worthy story is anymore.

And yet it doesn't happen every other game either, does it? So it is still pretty cool to see these things - especially from a HS kid.

I figured it might of been a game Padgett worked or he knew who did.

Actually, it's a pretty unimpressive dunk. The "hang-on" for a split second afterward caused it. Probably due to a poorly adjusted rim (or the school decided not to use breakaway rim for some reason). I've definitely seen better ones from boys varsity games.
