Andre Miller was subsequently issued a flagrant foul penalty two for that action by the league and a one game suspension.

And was anyone watching off-ball at the other end on the previous play to see Griffin's shove in Miller's back? Miller was p!ssed and got his revenge - then sat a game and lost a game check.
