Dead Or Alive ???
The ball becomes live when, on a free throw, it is at the disposal of the free thrower. Since the ball is still dead, then the only fouls that can be charged are technical fouls, either intentional, or flagrant.

You're correct that the only fouls that can be called are technical fouls. You are incorrect that they must be intentional or flagrant.

Got it. Thanks. We have been told to ignore contact during a dead ball unless it's intentional or flagrant.
