Which team was the bench personnel on?

If the bench personnel is Team B & the fan Team A (or vice versa), what would happen?

All 3 questions are completely irrelevant. The ruling given applies for all situations. Team members aren't supposed to leave the bench for any reason.

You guys are getting to know me too well.

I certainly didn't think you were unsure of the ruling. :D

If the player leaves the bench and goes into the stands to create a situation, do you think there is a point where a school admin should get involved and maybe think about taking the kid out of the gym?

It shouldn't get that far; the coach should take care of it before site admin has to.

I realize that a team member cannot leave the bench area for unauthorized reasons per 10-3-6i & 10-5-5.

However if the spectator is a fan from the opposing team, that team's HC could get an indirect charged, or the floor officials can just ask that the spectator be removed from the premises depending on the seriousness of the actions from the spectator & how thick-skinned the floor officials are. (I'm trying to remember the rule for this but right now can't remember :( )

If the admin/security want to remove the spectator here, that's up to them. The officials aren't likely to get involved unless they know exactly what happened.
As for a T? How do I know which team the fan is supporting? Nope, game management will deal with him as they see fit.

And 10-3-6i doesn't apply to bench players.

Thanks, I forgot 10-3-6i only applied to players on the court. (my bad, but at least I'm willing to learn :) )
