At or first preseason rule review we think we found an error in the casebook. Read casebook page 3, comments on the rule revisons, situation 4.12.1. reference the rulebook page 24 rule 4.3.3b. Arrow should be set when the ball is at the disposal of the thrower.
This was noticed while reading question #3 on this years refresher exam.
Has IAABO compiled a list of errors yet? It would be nice to have ASAP.

Yes, that's an error.

Others I noticed:

7-5-2 should refer to sections 9-2 through 10 and 9-13 (new "elbow" violation -- spot throw-in)

POE 5 -- same change, different reason (BI and GT throw ins for violations by the "defense" are an end-line throw in)
