Did anyone see the WFU vs. NC State game? Does anyone have any comments about the officiating? My family and I were not impressed with the calls and the positions that the officials were in when they made their calls.

I did see the beginning of it. The refs let them play and did not bail anyone out when they took awkward shots. There were also some where a bump warranted a call but they let it go. It seemed consistent and more like a JV game. Again, the plyers took some poor shots and this time were not bailed out by a whistle.

I would have to agree with you. It was not a well played game by either team which was a disappointment and the officials did not bail out the players. I did think the officials missed some ball going out of bounds calls that were quite obvious, but nobody is perfect.
