Moved to Joplin, MO
 

Because of a job loss and then a job gain, I have moved to Joplin, MO. Can anyone give me some hints on what associations to join or people I could contact?

::MSHSAA::Missouri State High School Activities Association is the site to see. I live in St. Louis. I have no idea about things in the SW part of the state. Be careful if you start hearing dualing banjos.:eek:

There was an old sitcom in the 50s called "Love That Bob" starring Bob Cummings. Occasionally, he played the character of his own grandfather in the show and this character made a big deal out of being from Joplin. Maybe you can get some help from him.

The Springfield association is bigger, but you would have to travel further for games as it doesn't go nearly as far to the west as it does every other direction.
