I hope this won't turn into a baseball discussion (it would take too much time away from all the other OT crap here), but it's legal in NCAA and Official Baseball Rules. Illegal in FED.

This is legal. He jumped and gathered on one foot, landed with both feet did not pivot and then executed his play. It was a nice baseline move!;)
