Big step up for partner
 

This Saturday we have our final local kids rec league games of the season. I have two games scheduled with a HS kid who is in his first year with us. I haven't worked with him yet this year. He's been doing 3rd and 4th grade games with another HS kid and a veteran "mentor", which is how we structure it. This week, however, he and I will be officiating two 5/6 grade girls games! WOWIE KAZOOTIE! The rules are quite different, so I'll spend some pre-game time with him going over those rules. I hope he can stand the pressure! :D

And before you ask, no - there won't be another "mentor" watching me at the games. :p
