Blood on Uniform

If a player has blood on his uniform and the team does not have an extra uniform can he take the shirt off of a bench player and have the original player wear his number that is in the book already without penalty?
Also, if a player is on the freethrow line shooting 2 shots and after the first shot the official notices blood seeping through a bandage can the player leave the floor to put a new band-aid on and return to the foul line without the Coach taking a time out.
