The Houston area has a pretty active chapter. Just google the "Houston Basketball Officials Association" and see what comes up.

Thanks, there is actually a Victoria chapter and I have already contacted them...

Everything in Texas is a long way from everything else in Texas. Unlike here in Connecticut where everything is really close together, but like the rest of New England, "You can't get there from here".
