Boundry-plane infraction very late in the game

High school rules question:Team A scores and trails by one point. Team B takes the ball out of bounds with 4 seconds to go in the game. Team A unintentionally reaches through the inbounds side of the throw-in plane. There were no prior delay-of-game warnings during the game. Do you stop the clock and issue Team A a warning?
