Smile Happy Valentine's Day.....

.....to everyone out there. I'm working two rec games that afternoon and I told my partner via email that maybe we can give the coaches some technicals as presents, just to show our love.

Also, on the day before, I have enough of a break between games in the afternoon that I can go watch my 12 year old granddaughter play in her game. I just hope the officials don't ask me to work the clock again like last time.

Happy VD Mark...

and you know you are better off working the clock than watching the game... you would just get frustrated with the officials.

caution:
If you run the clock, don't collect any loose balls for the officials! Man could get hurt:d

If he gets hurt that way, he'll be sidelined for a time as an official, that would be no fun

Wow. Just took a glance for some reason and noticed you already have 500+ posts and you only joined the list IN DECEMBER?! You're not sneaking a laptop with you at the scorer's table, are you?

No I leave my laptop at home when at games.

When I'm at games, I'm all business & no play.

Just my luck. I'm allergic to penicillin (really). I also suffer from nictophobia.

I'm surprised no one asked what nictophobia is.

For those too afraid of the dark to ask what Nyctophobia is, here's a link with more information:

I don't have nyctophobia. I have nictophobia. There's a big difference. Nyctophobia is the fear of the dark. Nictophobia is the fear of backing into doorknobs.

What do they call it if somebody likes to back into doorknobs?
