5th Foul Proceedure
Ok...you'll probably just tell me to look in the book, but wanted to get a quick answer if possible.
Foul is called on A1 which is their 5th foul. Team B is in the double bonus and shooting two. When do you report to the coach that A1 has fouled out and then replace them? Do you wait until after the first shot is administered, as normal substitutions occur? Do you take care of the disqualified player right away, before any free throws are administered? If another player wants to sub in, do you just let them all come in before administering free throws? Anyway...it's gotten mixed up in my head.  Thanks for the help, guys.
