When using a 3 person crew,during FT's does the administering offical stay table side (high school) PIAA or and is it different for college.

Are you talking the administering official (Lead) or the calling official? Both are table side on a FT.

Calling official stays table side and is the Trail.

Men's college ball, calling official goes away from the table and is the Center.

Not in PA, but the normal mechanic across the country is for the administering official to be tableside along with the Trail for both HS and NCAA.

Don't know about PA, but CO has calling official go opposite now. I think that's IAABO, but I'm not sure.

Administering, however, will always go tableside as lead.
