There was a game last night that ended up with Team A winning by one point. They were down by a point, and with no time on the clock there was a fouled called awarding 2 freethrows. The officials decided that the shot left his hand before the buzzer but did not put any time back on the clock. The clock read 0 and the buzzer had sounded. Can Team B call a timeout to ice the shooter??
