NCAA Women's Pregame Duties

Could someone post the times (go onto court, captains meeting, table crew, go back to locker room) and any other duties that an R should do before the game.

I am passing this info to an official that is new to being an R in a college game and wasn't sure of the proper procedures. He doesn't have the manual but has ordered it. His game is in 2 hours. Thanks!

from memory (and if it's off a bit, no one will notice / care):
on court at 15:00
captains at 14:30
table at 12:30
off court immediately after
return at 3:00
meet coaches (visitor first) at 1:30

Why would an assigner assign a person to be the "R" on a college game if they don't even have a CCA manual on Dec 31st? :confused:

Are the partners calling their first women's game?

Because you don't tell the assignor that.
