Getting it right

I had 2 good situations tonight. I am "R" on 3 man Varsity boys game.

3rd Q, Partner calls a kick, but it hit the guys arm, not leg. We get it right, Inadvertant whistle. Point of Interuption back to the passing team. I had one partner that wanted to give it to the AP arrow. We didn't. P.O.I.

Team control remains on a pass.

4th Q, players fighting for ball, I am on trail near visitors bench, coach all for T.O. 3 times, I look and see visitors has position. I whistle for T.O. 1/2 second later partner on lead calls Jump ball. I got T.O. first. Partner who wanted to go with AP arrow before questions why I gave the T.O. ......

Visitors lose by 10. Almost everyone goes home happy. We did our job well.

I love refereeing basketball.
