Slightly OT: Any Oklahoma officials out there?
 

I'm moving soon to Oklahoma. Looking forward to getting involved there and just wanted to find anyone who could give me a heads up on how the system works, who I need to get to know, etc.

We're looking forward to getting back close to home, but I'm a bit bummed as I'm just now getting "entrenched" in the officiating circuit here....

First off welcome to Oklahoma! The best place to start is OSSAA > Home and contact Sheree Riddell. She can direct you to the person in charge of officials in your area. Things run a little differently here then in other states, so keep an open mind.

I can give you information about basketball officiating only in the greater Tulsa area and the northeast quadrant of the state. Otherwise soilman99 has it right. You can email me at [email protected]

After 500 posts, you should know better than this. I suggest that you delete your email address as soon as possible, and use the Forum private messaging instead, which you can then use to give out your email address. The private messaging limits the exposure of your email address.

By the way, a friend of mine just informed me that you won $3,234,456.34 (USA) in Swedish Lottery. He will be contacting you, by email, soon, and will be asking for your bank account number and PIN so that he can deposit your winnings in your bank account. Don't worry about giving out this information. He won't be asking for your SSN so you don't even have to declare it on your taxes, plus we all know that you shouldn't give out your SSN. I can vouch for him. He's alright.

And you know better than to quote his e-mail address so that he can't delete it. :rolleyes:
