Is dribble end when ball pushed between hand and waist?

I mean, it sometimes happend that while dirbbling the ball is pushed and coupled to waist (the ball touch hand and waist concurrently).
Is it ok to continue dribbling after this?

Depends on the specific circumstances - see rule 4-15-4

If the ball comes to rest while in contact with the hand, the dribble has ended (4-15-4-a) - this could include the situation you describe

In the case of consecutive vs concurrent contact, rule 4-14-2 could come into play

THere's nothing specific in the rules about this, so a link wouldn't help (and you need to be an NFHS member to use the FED link anyway). It's the same as any other dribble ending, or not. The official needs to decide.

4-15-4 ...

The dribble ends when:
a. The dribbler catches or causes the ball to come to rest in one or both
hands.
b. The dribbler palms/carries the ball by allowing it to come to rest in one or
both hands.
c. The dribbler simultaneously touches the ball with both hands.
d. The ball touches or is touched by an opponent and causes the dribbler to
lose control.
e. The ball becomes dead.

I think, in 99% of the cases I see, the OP would constitute ending the dribble.
