Alternate possession question

We have a jump ball situation and Team A has possession arrow. After whistle blows player on Team B pushes Team A player. Intentional foul-technical foul. Team A shoots technical foul. Ball administered at half court by Team A. My question is does the alternate arrow switch after ball inbounded or would it stay with Team A. If anyone has a reference for our association meeting tomorrow would be appreciated. Thanks

The arrow doesn't switch until the throwin ends. If the AP throwin never begins, it can never end.
Let me ask you the question this way:
Change the situation to Team B has the arrow. Would you switch the arrow to Team A after Team A's tech throwin?

Don't switch the arrow. for an AP throw in, you switch the arrow after the throw in ends. In this situation, the throw in for the AP never ended (it never actually took place, so it never ended). The throw in will be for the technical foul.

See case play 6.4.5 note: If a foul by either team occurs before an A/P throw-in ends, the foul is penalized as required and play continues as it normally would, but the possession arrow is not reversed.

Thanks for the help. We got it right. Bad technical. Free throws, possession and arrow in your favor.
