Local Signals ???
I believe that the NFHS made a similar change:
http://www.nfhs.org/Workarea/DownloadAsset.aspx?id=3509 While perusing this link, I discovered that the NFHS does not have a "hard foul" intentional foul signal. I believe that only the NCAA-M have such a signal. My high school board has been taught this "hard foul" signal for several years. I also noticed that the excessive swinging arm signal uses only one arm. We've been taught to swing both arms for this signal.
