Sounds During Timeouts
Are there any rules which could be applied to excessive noise during a timeout?
In a game this evening, during every 30 and full timeout, the home team played extremely loud music through speakers found right above the court. Are there any rules against this practice? This leads to a follow-up question. If there is no rule against this, is it still permissible to have loud music going through just one of two speakers, the speaker above the home bench being conveniently broken while the speaker above the visiting bench is working perfecty loud? |
