The Finger
Can you refresh us on what the cover showed him signalling? What was the sitch?
At camp (a pretty good camp emphasizing pure Fed mechanics) we've been taught, for instance, the "5-4-2" on a violation. 5 fingers (the open hand) accompanying the whistle to stop the clock, 4 fingers to indicate direction of the subsequent throw-in, 2 fingers to designate spot of the throw in. What was he signalling with one finger? |
