Ten shots may be an excessive way to start the game, two shots isn't excessive, so unless the team has some written documentation from the state association, we're starting with a a technical foul penalty, and I'm calling my commissioner as soon as I can get to my cell phone.

Acutally, you'll not be shooting any as both teams are in violation of the uniform rule at the same time and you don't shoot double T's.
