Yes, it's true.

There are a lot of nights that would lead me to believe this is true.

Any contact against your team is a foul. Any contact against the other team is "incidental." Just ask your coach.

My guess is that Mendi works under FEEBLE rules. Maybe they're different. I don't know and I really don't want to know. ;)

Scenario
 

*Player A1 jump to shot hugging the ball with two hands. the ball is exposed from the top.

*Player B1 start to move his hand to slap the ball from the top.

*An instant before B1 slapping the ball A1 sliding one hand on the ball to protect the exposed direction.

*Result: A1 is yelling because player B1 slapped his hand.


Foul?

No foul. A1 needs to stop whining.

There is no chance in street ball that they will not request foul on this.
