team control, shot

A1 is in the act of shooting or 2.. the ball is released. A2 fouls B2.
Does the whistle for the foul prevent any made basket? If in bonus would team B get ft in 2 but not in 1?

If A1 is fouled by B1 at the same time as A2 fouls B2 what would you do there?

If the ball has already been released, then count the basket if it goes in. However, if A1 is in the act of shooting, and the ball had not yet been released, and teammate A2 commits a foul, then continuous motion does not apply here, and the ball becomes dead, and will not count if it enters the basket. Continuous motion applies only by a foul by an opponent of the shooter. If A1 is in the act of shooting, and the ball has not yet been released, and opponent B2 commits a foul, then continuous motion does apply here, the ball remains alive, and it counts if it goes in.

1)Offensive foul occurs before the shoot. Can not count the basket. Team A is in Team control. No free throws.
2)Foul occurs after the ball has been released. If basket is made then count the points for Team A. Since there is no team control during the Try, then B2 would shoot free throws if Team B is in the bonus.

There is not team control on a shot. Therefore you cannot have a team control foul while the ball is in the air. Count the basket if the ball goes in. If the ball has yet to be released, blow the whistle. Dead ball, no shot and no points can be scored.
