Does anyone out there have a sample of a purposal used to win booking for a youth b-ball league ?

Marty Rogers Thu Jul 18, 2002 08:46pm

I don't understand this question.

There's a youth basketball league in his area.

They're looking for a a booking agency to assign officials for their league.

Mreck wants to know if anyone has bid on such a league before and, if so, do they still have the proposal they used.

Does that clear it up for ya?

Oh! I gotcha ya now. Sorry, don't have such a "purposal."

Marty,

The real purpose of this site is to teach you the true meaning of several words. For instance, "there" is the contraction for they are, "know" means that the answer is not yes, etc. :)

Yes, and punctuation, capitalization, and sentence structure are always a treat (or is it "is" always a treat? Nope, "are"). These little extras help clarify specifically what the author is trying to convey to his readers.

True.

Let's not forget "I'd like some beef, jerky."

I do believe that "Mr. Grammar" from the other board has finally shown up! :D
