Dribbling with other parts of the body, legal?

Hello, long time i didnt ask a question so here it come:

1) Is it legal to dribble with other parts of the body (ofcourse foot not include) ?
2) Is it matter if question 1 is intentional or unintenional?
3) Is it ok if while dribbling, the ball touch the body accidently ?

4)What about the case of regular dribbling end, then released from hands touching the floor, and then jump back touching the body (lets say chest) is it double dribble?

Dribbling is an intentional act. Anytime someone dribbles they are doing it on purpose. Simply contacting a body part does not constitute a dribble has taken place or that the contact has anything to do with a dribble.

You are really over thinking this rule. Seriously. ;)

Peace

Put Your Hand In The Hand Of The Man ...

NFHS 4-15: A dribble is ball movement caused by a player in control who bats (intentionally strikes the ball with the hand(s)) or pushes the ball to the floor once or several times.
