High School Rules -- Web Location
 

I have seen cut and paste of rules in a number of threads.
Is there an offficial link that I can go to retrieve an official soft copy of the High school rules/situations?

but I believe you have to buy it if you're not a member or something.
Sometimes we actually just do it the old fashioned way; type it out.
