In honor of Mark Padgett, I called up my good friend Scott Adams and had him draw up a special Dilbert cartoon.

(If you believe that, Bill Clinton has some land to sell you down in Arkansas right on the Whitewater River.)

Actually, the Dilbert character I most closely identify with is not Wally, but Dogbert.
