Mrsref, My comments were not ment to be on your case. I want the forum to be open to discuss anything and speak your mind. You did speak your mind http://www.ereferee.com/ubb/smile.gif and i think we all can learn something form all the comments. I would be very surprised if any official can honestly say they have never talked about another official. most times its good to talk about other officials mistakes, if discussed in an effert to learn.
