Mick,you know the rules better than most officials.You know how to apply 'em,and you have the judgement to apply them properly.All that is obvious from your posts and talking to you.I check into this forum so that I can keep current(and to have a little fun).I've learned from you,and I've passed things that you've sent to me along to guys in my association so that they could learn,also. I repeat-- the above statement from you is horsepucky!
