IAABO usually has the annual conference scheduled after the NFHA rules committee meets and the changes are announced shortly after the IAABO conference. [one has nothing to do with the other except that the interpreters meeting usually includes a discussion on those changes]. Since IAABO is meeting this weekend, I expect that early next week the changes will be made public.

NFHS 3-5-3: Headbands and wristbands must be, and are limited to, the colors white, black, beige, taupe, chartreuse, saffron, vermilion, coral, puce, sepia, cyan, fuchsia, magenta, ochre, periwinkle, or russet.

Hey - they've got to allow "highway cone orange".
