Glad to see so many good answers to my question. Thank you all so much for all the good tips and pointers. You are a wealth of knowledge, unfortunately the knowledge isn't that valueable.
T and water would have the same effect on said coach since they have the same make up. "Suprised you didn't know that".(ala tommy boy)
Thank you to the one gut who actually had some feed back for me. I'll try the PM thing

Glad we could help.

Honestly, never head of that camp and I am sure I am not alone. ;)

Peace

I've never head of that camp either. I have heard of however. It's a camp in the northwest. Held on the Bellevue comunity college in Washington. I appreciate the humorous responses though. If I can't lough at you guys, who can I laugh at? Myself?

Easy answer. Mark Padgett. Guaranteed to laugh, every time, sometimes with him, and sometimes at him. You can take that to the bank.

Happy Palm Sunday Forum members. "Hosanna to the Son of David; Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest." (Matthew 21:9)

It is very common that very few responses about a particular camp get a lot of responses. You are lucky if one or two people even have attended a camp unless it is a nationally run camp.

It amazes me sometimes what people get upset over on this site.

Peace

I hope you don't think I was upset because I wasn't. My response was a sarcastic one as well. Life is to short to be upset. I was razzing your misspelling of heard. Then you will notice i misspelled a word of my own. You aren't becoming upset are you.:D I've looked at this forum long enough to know what kind of answers you are most likely to get and that's all part of the fun. My spelling is the worst so I thought it would be fun to point out yours as well.
Have you attended any good camps you could share with me?

I'll Be Pleased To Share ...

Hello muddah, hello faddah
Here I am at Camp Granada
Camp is very entertaining
And they say we'll have some fun if it stops raining.

I went hiking with Joe Spivy
He developed poison ivy
You remember Leonard Skinner
He got ptomaine poisoning last night after dinner.

All the counselors hate the waiters
And the lake has alligators
And the head coach wants no sissies
So he reads to us from something called Ulysses.

How I don't want this should scare ya
But my bunkmate has malaria
You remember Jeffrey Hardy
They're about to organize a searching party.

Take me home, oh muddah, faddah
Take me home, I hate Granada
Don't leave me out in the forest where
I might get eaten by a bear.
Take me home I promise I will not make noise
Or mess the house with other boys.
Oh please don't make me stay
I've been here one whole day.

Dearest faddah, darling muddah,
How's my precious little bruddah
Let me come home, if you miss me
I would even let Aunt Bertha hug and kiss me.

Wait a minute, it's stopped hailing.
Guys are swimming, guys are sailing
Playing baseball, gee that's better
Muddah, faddah kindly disregard this letter.

Do not worry; we have a lot of people that will point out your spelling mistakes. ;)

The camps I have attended have been Dale Kelley's in Kentucky and Texas. I have attended Gerry Pollard's camp in Kentucky last year which he will have in Indiana this year. I will even be attending a camp in Wisconsin for about 3 D3 leagues. The only one you should consider is Kelley's or Pollard's camps because of where you live. I would need to know a little more about your background, but all these camps have a college slant to them, but are very good camps.

Peace

JRut: Isn't AlasKA to Springfield Mo pretty far for camp? :D

JRutledge Sun Apr 05, 2009 10:37pm

I was looking at the AK and thinking it was Arkansas. Not close to Missouri, but I was talking about Fort Wayne, not Springfield.

Peace

How I long for the good old days, when there were no eleven digit zip codes, Conn. was CT, Missouri was Missouri, and Alaska wasn't a state, and didn't get any mail, because nobody lived there, except a few Eskimos.

Ok, AKOFL - here's a valid answer. I have never been to this camp, but I know Mr. Cook and many of the instructors he will have there, and you will get some top-notch feedback and work in front osf some people who will be able to break down your game and give you very valuable feedback. They also are in touch with a number of assignors of college conferences on the West Coast, so while it may not be a "try-out" camp, if you are good, they will get you on the right radars.

Thanks rocky for the insight. Thanks billy as well. I see you are a music fan, or at least a musical fan.:p This will be my first camp, but I wanted to make it a good one. Thanks for you help fellas and good luck with your spring and summer.
