Doesn't Eddie Jackson do the JUCO assigments in OK/AR?? You will see him at any one of Dale Kelley's camps, especially in Denton in June. Go to PhillyRef too. They have the assignors for each of the conferences listed on their website . . . Philly Ref. Scroll over "teams/groups," then "college," then the "level." Hope that helps.
