OP, just curious...why do you think this wouldn't warrant a T?
The only reason I could think of would be if the player was deaf and didn't hear the whistle, then I might cut them some slack, but really this is a no-brainer... Last edited by ma_ref; Wed Mar 11, 2009 at 08:21am.
