just another ref No. Touching the ball with both hands simultaneously, ends the dribble. To start another dribble would be a violation.

mutantducky Get buckets, baby. What if the player, say he has large hands, on his last dribble grabs the ball with one hand- palm down. And turns for the shot. So holding it with one and then looses the ball. Would this still be the same and no dribble?
