another fumble question, dribble-shot
I was shooting around and doing some post moves. I dribbled and then turned for a fadeaway on the baseline. On my last dribble I went to grab the ball with both hands and fumbled the ball. So no control, but ball hits both hands. Can I dribble again?

No. Touching the ball with both hands simultaneously, ends the dribble. To start another dribble would be a violation.

Or recover and request a timeout.

Get buckets, baby.
What if the player, say he has large hands, on his last dribble grabs the ball with one hand- palm down. And turns for the shot. So holding it with one and then looses the ball. Would this still be the same and no dribble? |

Use the fumble scenario.
