Season Over-Thanks

Just ended my rookie season this past weekend working a large end of season multi age group B&G rec tourney that ran" true to form". Yes... I experienced and witnessed every type of behavior on the part of coaches, players and parents that I have read about the over the past few weeks here on the Forum. At least I was ready for it, and did have to take care of things with 3 T's over the course of the weekend.
I wanted to thank all of you for your help, advice, and insights to the complicated art of being a good official. Whether it was a reply to a question I posted, or one of your replies to someone else's post. I learned a great deal from all of you, and feel that this Forum and your contributions to it helped make me a better official as the season went on. Also, unlike some other sites that I stumbled upon early on...I never felt intimidated here being a rookie. Vets here were always helpful and supportive in their replies if they knew they were talking to a newbie. To all of you (and esp. the regular vets who post daily) thanks for helping me understand not only the rules, but the nuances of the rules and game management. You guys along with the vets on my board who took their time to help me after my JV games made me actually think that over time I might actually become a half way decent official. I can't wait for next season. Meanwhile a few weeks off then baseball&softball. It will be nice to get back to officiating a sport where I'm actually considered an "experienced veteran."
