Don't know about your camp or Senor Manuel, but a you can pick up a copy of the CCA Manual at Honig's - http://www.honigs.com/catalog/basketball/page5.html should link you directly to the page which lists the manuals.

Also, they're available direct from the conference which runs the CCA, but I can't remember what conference that is off the top of my head.
