Women's NJCAA
3 minutes to play in a 4 point ball game.
home team trails bringing the ball up the floor opposite side into the front court. defender catches dribbler with a forearm around the 28ft line, and actually shoves the dribbler, tweet. then the defender just takes two hands and shoves the dribbler again. Whack!
Coach's claim " it is too close of a ball game to interject yourself here"
"Coach, here are my choices here coach, we have dead ball contact after a shove, I can call the intentional tecnical, of I can rule it a fight? So do you want me to change my call?"
Visitors held on for the win.

This was EXACTLY my response in a high school boys playoff game last year.
