mutantducky So in high school and college is this a backcourt? I thought it was not. On a throw in- T A in frontcourt passes the ball into backcourt and A1 jumps from front and catches in air and lands in BC. Violation? I would have to see it again but I'm fairly positive it was called in an NBA game tonight. I know it is a violation if it isn't a throw in, A1 dribbling in FC passes to A2 who jumps from BC and lands in FC.
Jay R I'm not a 100% sure but I believe it a BC violation in the NBA. I think they can inbound from FC to BC only in the last 2:00 of the game. BTW, this situation is a BC in FIBA. (I figured Mark would be curious).
bas2456 FWIW, I played an NBA video game and I tried inbounding the ball from FC to BC and I got a BC violation.
